The whole experience was terrible. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures that are on the website. Too expensive for the condition of the room. Wasn't able to get an iron in our room until after 10am. We will not be staying here again. I have stayed at a hotel 8 in better quality than this room.

There was no one in the lobby for le to check in I waited for over an hour for someone to come no came I had to check into another hotel
