Roaches in my room, no receptionist after 8:00 pm I think so when I found the roaches at 9:45pm nobody can’t help me, leave the hotel without anybody been able to help,
False advertisement, specifically with the pictures of the rooms. Rooms dont look nothing like it. Old furniture
Check un was supposed ti be at 3 but my room was ready until 4, the room was disgusting. Ended up not staying and left within an hour.

The whole experience was terrible. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures that are on the website. Too expensive for the condition of the room. Wasn't able to get an iron in our room until after 10am. We will not be staying here again. I have stayed at a hotel 8 in better quality than this room.
