Parking lot was all busted up. We had to wait over an hour past check in time because our room wasn’t cleaned and then when we finally got in the floors were sticky and there was piles of dirt like they swept the floor then didn’t pick any of it up.

Diann needs attitude adjustment Dont stay here any noise u get removed an kicked out even though by the reviews it is noisy anyway. Paid through hotel.com for 7 nights an only got to use 2 nights. I have panic attacks an sometimes get noisy but everybody was noisy an the diann lady told me to leave no consideration of my medical issue. Now trying to get some money refunded. This place is worse than prison no joke

My Last Stay Wasnt Bad But My Expreince This Time Around Was Awful.. My Toilet Was Broke My Whole Stay And Under The Tile In The Bathroom Kept Making The Floor Wet

The place is dirty, smells so bad like cigarettes and marijuana, many roaches in the room, dirty sheets, old beer bottle caps left behind. Disgusting!!!

Booked room in advance and paid only to be told they where over booked. Had to find another place to stay and cant get my money back from room that was booked but i didnt get

This is a hotel and rooming house. They had roaches my air conditioning didn’t work, my key card didn’t work ,I had to keep going to the front desk to get in my room. It’s not what you think I wouldn’t recommend this to no one. the only thing they was missing was mice.
