Our stay in this hotel was awful, first the card reader to open the door didn’t work we went to front desk and get a new one and the lady said “omg i thought they already fix it” then we enter to the room and all the appliances were dirty there was bugs everywhere and in the shower and 2 dead bugs under my pillow!!! The tv didn’t work either and the sheet has all stains. I would not recommend this hotel at all. DO NOT GO THERE

This property was horrible it had roaches and I was told I’d get a refund in a few days after my stay which of course did not happen

This place has roaches and no 24 hour front desk service so you can’t even report this to anyone to get a new room or refund!

Property was dirty, and and kept up wore out. Things were worn out towels were stained front of the refrigerator was rusted and filthy. Elevator door didn’t work. It would go back-and-forth three or four times before it would finally shut and stay shut. Noisy and people hanging out in the hallway Hallway
