The door was locked upon check-in and no one was working to answer the phone. Waited for 30 mins, left and had to come back later. Very inconvenient.
It was very very dirty. Very loud, not safe.
The hotel was not cleaned well. I had to go get cleaning supplies and clean the room myself
Roaches in my room, no receptionist after 8:00 pm I think so when I found the roaches at 9:45pm nobody can’t help me, leave the hotel without anybody been able to help,
False advertisement, specifically with the pictures of the rooms. Rooms dont look nothing like it. Old furniture
Check un was supposed ti be at 3 but my room was ready until 4, the room was disgusting. Ended up not staying and left within an hour.
