Missed cleaning? Pest control day? Room was to be cleaned every other Wednesday. Missed the last one by a day, but I understand. Pandemic and all. This week they missed Wednesday, and now it's Thursday, Christmas Eve. Pest treatment today, but no room cleaning this week. Sorry, not having a lot of sympathy this time.

Horrible! Nasty and ghetto. Needed it for the night bc I lost my house key & when I walked in the room and noticed everything instantly I left right back out!!! Heat didn’t work nor did slow ass TV, so I had to be moved to another room which was noooo better! My key card didn’t work so I slid it aside the lock and my door popped right open. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and different types of stinky food! Even for a one night stay I wouldn’t stay here! I was so uncomfortable from the time I walked in past the front desk.
