Had to kill 5 coach roaches in my room. No room service. Cleaned my own hotel and changed out towels. Many hotel stayers looked as if they were on drugs. Hangout spot at night. My children were scared because of the commotion they heard in the hotel and there was talk of a gun. Twice i went outside to my cars gas tank door open and nozzle out. Won't be staying again. Do not recommend. I recommend police patrol at night.

Do NOT recommend! I do NOT recommend staying here. We had a terrible experience! There was no notice anywhere that the front desk closes at 7 - the signage and website say 8. Yet when we arrived at 10 min to 8, we entered a vestibule where it said you had to call for service after hours. Did so, several timea, without getting anyone to answer. Did this for almost 10 minutes. Finally located a different phone number by Google on my phone where i reached someone who put me on hold while he tried to get in touch with someone to... read more

Don’t make our mistake and forget to read the reviews. Pass this one up unless you are so desperate for rest. We debated on whether staying in the back of our vehicle was a better option. The smell of 50 yr old cigarette smoke blasts you when you walk into your room. Towels discolored. Front desk personnel was not the friendliest. Was woken at 4:45 am by someone screaming/fighting, and not even sure if it was above us or outside the building. Worst Hotel Ever Sat in the Lobby for 45 minutes ringing the doorbell calling every single contact number possible and still had yet to find anybody to come down to answer our reservation so this is the worst hotel I ever stayed at because once again nobody will come to the door after hours because they're too goddamn lazy to get out of bed also be careful because if you're walking up and down the hallway my kind of boxes used dope syringes and dope paraphernalia in it.

While entering it took over twenty minutes to see an receptionist, when she came was approachable, angry. Received the key, people off the street rushed the door for access to the building not safe, elevator dirty,bathroom had burns from smoking on counter from prior guest. When checking out management was yelling as I was returning key. Never would return to this location. To bad to have a nice place, employees to match!

This felt like a low income apartment building. The hallways were dirty and smelled awful. The room was really bare and the floor was sticky. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there but at least it was somewhere to sleep.
