We were told it was over booked but cannot get our money back. This is unacceptable!

Staff was amazing But car got broken into and no cameras even though there is a sign saying there is. Was told to make a police report and the property insurance would cover what was stolen but that hasnt happened. People out all night walk-around parking lot.

The property is buried in a run down neighborhood. We never checked in because there were so many trashy people hanging out in the parking lot that I didn't feel my car would be safe. People sitting outside drinking and smoking pot. Music playing loud from parked cars.

The hotel is close to the stadiums, but there’s little sidewalks, dangerous & unstable terrain. My son joined us later. When we got back from the game I wanted to get a rollaway. The front desk was closed with a wooden roller shade. I came down & knocked on the shade, because the phone in our room was broke. The night auditor, on the other side of the shade, said you have to use the phone. I told her I tried, that the phone in my room wasn’t working! She said the phone on the wall.
