Not the room we reserved Horrible service. We reserved a non-smoking room yet arrived into a smoking room. When brought to the attention of the front desk she said we reserved smoking. My initial reservation is proof it was nonsmoking. Despite having a family member with allergies to the smoking they would not change rooms or cancel the reservation.

not ever again The room and hotel were overall clean, but not a good stay for me personally. Too much surrounding room noise, and interstate traffic for a poor nights sleep. I will not ever stay here again. No good way to walk to and from the ballpark for the Royals game.

Room was infested with roaches! Immediately checked out and now won’t refund me my money! Would you stay in room infested with roaches???

Asked repeatedly for towels and it seems to be a controversial subject. Somehow it was impossible to fulfill such a simple request. There were roaches roaming the property Staff was everything but attentive. Took way too long to check in and out

Our property has a Linen Exchange Program that the guest can enroll in at any time. If you declined to pay for the Linen Exchange, the front desk has the right to decline a linen swap, and direct you toward the guest laundry for self service. This is expressed upon check-in. Roach preventative treatments are on a weekly basis, and apologize that they have negatively impacted your experience with us. We'll do better.
