They over booked & we were offered 2 separate rooms w a full bed in each. Very minimal accommodations with no amenities in bathroom. We were told not to walk outside at nite as it was not safe. Guy at the desk tried his best to accomodate

Do not go!!! Tried to. Check in at 9pm there was nobody working. There was a phone Inside door to call For assistance but nobody answered. Tried call hotel from cell phone with no answer! Nobody would check us in although I had already purchased in full 3 rooms that was no body there to check us in or give us room key! As were were trying in lobby trying to get ahold of someone there was a pittbull dog unleashed running around in the lobby with us and 2 other people trying to check in! It was okay. I smelled bug spray all through the building. And a mouse trap in my room. I was scared to cook anything because it may draw pest to my room.

There was no Tv and or wifi tried to call tech services and was on the phone was 15 minutes and no answer. The Maintenance man was also fighting with a guest that was living in the suites. Very sketchy place didn’t wanna leave my car over night. The beds were hard as a rock. The AC did work as well. Another thing is Travelocity charged me more than that what the resort were charging refunds would be a nice thing. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Worst place ever This place was by far the worst place I have ever say that the room was dirty smell the smoke of cigarettes and marijuana they helped us was not very helpful at all this was so bad I checked in and then I automatically just walked out because of the environment was so bad from the family one sad thing was the general manager wouldn’t even refund my money kind of sucks because I didn’t even stay the night because it was so bad
