NO check In Pésimo servicio No pude hacer el check in , NO había nadie en recepción , solo atendían hasta las 10pm y por un accidente en la carretera se atraso la llegada al hotel , tuvimos que ir a otro hotel para pasar la noche

No staff at the lobby to check in. They ask you to call a number so that someone can go to check you in after 8 pm and no one answers. Contacted Expedia and they were not able to get in contact with the hotel either. We had to book another room at another hotel. To top it off, no refund was provided. Horrible service.

horrible Fue una terrible experiencia pues no hubo personal en la recepción para poder hacer el check in y se tardaron en mandar a alguien. El cuarto y baño estaban sucios y habia muchas cucarachas... no dormí en el cuarto me tuve que dormir en mi vehiculo.

The first room 218 have bugs, I ask for another room. They gave me room 311, and the first I Saw was a cockrach. I left the hotel, it Is unacceptable to sleep in a room full of bugs. I really want my money back. The receptionist never appeared the second time I asked for a solution.
