Pésimo hotel El hotel tiene mal olor, está sucio, el piso pegajoso. Estuve 20 minutos y decidí que no me quería quedar ahí; hablé con el encargado y se negaron a hacerme un reembolso, bajo el pretexto de que me tardé en decir que no me gustaba. Aún asi me fui. Las fotos que muestran en la aplicación no concuerdan con la realidad, no se dejen engañar, el hotel springwood es una ESTAFA.
You have to turn in your towels! My Dad had to use the restroom at checkin and the guy would not let him in until we checked in. He is elderly and we had to put a towel in bathtub so he wouldn’t fall. We dried our bodies with the bed sheets because office does not open until 9am
Need a lot of cleaning Room needed a lot of cleaning,duty floors,restroom and small roaches
Filthy rooms, dog piss on floor when first arrived, broken bed. My guys did not stay & they are still charging my card for the entire week.
