Filthy rooms, dog piss on floor when first arrived, broken bed. My guys did not stay & they are still charging my card for the entire week.

The place is run down, cabinet door missing and not replaced. Door frame to restroom falling down who knows what splattered on picture not cleaned. Fixtures are run down. Very poor conditions. This place shot not be recommended by Expedia.

Unfortunately didn't even get to stay at the property due to over booking. Instead of calling us a few days before our trip they called us a few hours before our stay and didnt have any other option for us. We were looking forward to it. Very bad experience.

When we checked into hotel it was during the day at about 3pm, we didn’t stay long as the only reason we were 2 hours from home was a basketball tournament that my son was playing in. When we returned that evening we ate the dinner we brought in and noticed there were roaches crawling in and out from behind the stove. You get what you pay for The front desk woman was very nice. The room itself looked nice but once being in there for a couple of minutes you could see stains on the bathroom sink/wall. Saw multiple roaches and spiders. The beds were not comfortable at all and the a/c was not cooling at all. Also there was a lot of movement at night people where yelling and you would here doors slamming and opening all night long.

Our business stay was very bad. The front desk had issues with our reservations at the start of check-in. Five of our six rooms were double booked. Thirty minutes later, they were NOT double booked. Then an hour later two of the rooms were still double booked. So, we had employees staying in two different hotels miles apart with limited transportation. The rooms were NOT clean and had bugs.
