Check in was horrible, they tried to re-charge me for my room. The room was waaayyyyyyy more expensive through Expedia than actually going to the hotel and paying for it in person. I wasted so much time looking for a deal and still paid more the the actual cost of the room. Checking in took almost 15 minutes even though everything was done online and I was the only person in the lobby. Front desk staff long conversation with guests causing a line of tired guests checking in. No Washcloths n cabinets have buildup dust n shower head not working n sqeeky beds

The area by the elevator smelled like pee. The room was really small and smelled dirty. There were a lot of bugs on the wall, counter, and table. I sat on the bed and sank in. The mattress was super noisy and worn out. There was no blow dryer. I didn't feel safe in the hotel or in the parking lot. We checked out within an hour and ended up booking a room at a much better and clean hotel by the airport. The only good thing I have to say is that the front desk attendant was friendly.
