It has bugs

Horrible service Hotel canceled our reservations with out leting us know ahead of time.

Check in was horrible, they tried to re-charge me for my room. The room was waaayyyyyyy more expensive through Expedia than actually going to the hotel and paying for it in person. I wasted so much time looking for a deal and still paid more the the actual cost of the room. Checking in took almost 15 minutes even though everything was done online and I was the only person in the lobby. The bed is ridiculously uncomfortable with no box spring and the cheap bed frames that look like they came from Amazon that make so much nois... read more

Staff was very rude

Front desk staff long conversation with guests causing a line of tired guests checking in. No Washcloths n cabinets have buildup dust n shower head not working n sqeeky beds

The area by the elevator smelled like pee. The room was really small and smelled dirty. There were a lot of bugs on the wall, counter, and table. I sat on the bed and sank in. The mattress was super noisy and worn out. There was no blow dryer. I didn't feel safe in the hotel or in the parking lot. We checked out within an hour and ended up booking a room at a much better and clean hotel by the airport. The only good thing I have to say is that the front desk attendant was friendly.
