Terrible. Worst experience ever Window frame was broken. Constant noise from room above. Front desk attendant was rude and found cockroaches in room. All after asking for a different room because the first room was musty and smelled terrible. Was told that if the second room wasn’t good enough to find a different place to stay. Would not recommend.
Terrible! When we first walked in we noticed the bed was made but looked like someone had been laying on top of the bed. The pillows were propped up as if someone had been laying down watching tv. The sheets were not clean. We had to go and buy our own cover and pillows for the bed. It was a non smoking room. The toilet had not been cleaned. Disgusting Horrible dirty nasty filthy hotel!
Very unacceptable Unsafe hotel. Female friend I was staying with was approached several times by creepy guys when I wasn't with her. 2 of the guys followed her to the room and we're pounding on the door. Called front desk and said it wasn't there problem.
