Dirty I recently stayed there and there was many issues such as checking in to a room with another person already in it, dirt (left over dog food) and hair in the beds we were given, bugs crawling out of outlets, dirty towels rehung when we arrived. I would have expected a clean room and didn't even get that.

The late check in process is ridiculous. They close the front desk and you're expected to know that you need to pick up the phone on the wall to ask the attendant to come out of hiding.

Roach Motel The wallin one of the corners was filthy. When the air conditioner unit kicked on, 3 baby roaches came out. Absolutely disgusting. We left immediately.

Chose this property due to both the price and proximity to my business reason for traveling to Loveland. My advice is to pay more for another hotel if you're looking to stay in this area. This property is described as an "aparthotel." I didn't think that was something to be wary of. Wrong. The housekeepers are doing their job to the best of their ability, but the property is in questionable condition. The bathroom sink stopped up and the toilet ran constantly.
