Took over 20 minutes to get someone down to check us in. The room smelled like urine, there were stains on the bathroom walls. Would not recommend.

My room had spaghetti sauce on the wall and stove burner, then my bed had hair all over the sheets, and they were so threadbare that there were holes. I packed up and left to find another room at another hotel. I have tried to communicate several times about the issue and to request a refund, and have received no response. This property was filthy and has terrible customer service.

This was the most disgusting hotel and room that I ever stayed at. Urine on the bathroom floor, sink was not even wiped down hair in the sink, yellow stains on the bathroom walls, heavily stain carpet in room. Every time I walked in the hard floor my sneakers stuck to it. In all honesty, this should be reported to the Board of Health.

I stayed the night of the 1-2 and we are extremely upset. We get in and the microwave plate is in the sink and covered in cheese and the tables are covered in I don’t know what. The trash on the floor including a used toothbrush really set the mood.We go downstairs and let the front desk know and she offered to clean it or let us borrow towels to clean it which we opted for the first option. There is no signage to direct you where to go. They gave us a dirty room to start and then put us in a room not much better. The beds were terrible and it felt like you were sleeping on the ground and every time you moved the beds were so loud and the metal made so much noise it kept you up all night. I would never recommend
