Horrible!!!!!! Filthy dirty, homeless people in parking lot, trash everywhere, no one cleans hotel, no house keeping, rooms dirty! No coffee pots, no one working front desk at night!!!! Noisy!!! Never ever will recommend this hotel!!!!

There wasn’t anything good about this place. The so called front desk is behind a wooded sliding window which makes you feel not welcomed. You have to stand there and wait for someone to open the window. What are they afraid of? I travel all over the US I never have seen anything like it. Half of the staff was nice and friendly, and half of the staff was not nice or friendly. I did not feel welcome during the stay even though i paid in full. Even the coffee machine was out of service. There were no shampoo given. Trash would not even be taken out by the staff, which was not communicated to me properly. The way it was communicated was very mean to me.

This was by far the worst Woodsprings Ive ever stayed People fighting and management didnt answer when I called for help. Elevators were so nasty with dog hair and human Spit on the elevator buttons to push for your floor never ever will I ever stay in this Woodsprings ever again bed was not comfortable and just horrible As a Travel Nurse I will make sure none of my colleagues or anybody else have to experience this place in life.

The place was dirty and lots of people smoking outside by all the entrances to the building. The room I selected on the website was not the room they gave me when I checked in. It was supposed to have a queen bed and sleeper sofa and it only had the queen bed and a tiny dirty love seat that was not a sleeper sofa. The room was dirty and unappealing.

It was dirty it was expensive it didn't have any breakfast it didn't have any pots and pans for the kitchen the toilet overflowed all over the room and they didn't move us room and wouldn't give us a discount next day
