Nightmare So bad had to go to another motel.

0/10 This place was gross. The room we originally checked in to had water all over the floor, so we had to change rooms. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and BO. There were no towels or paper towels in our room, not even an ice bucket or plastic cup to drink out of. No hand soap, and the lights didn’t work. The beds had no box springs on them, just a thin mattress on a creaky frame. The walls had what looked like mud all over them and the bathroom was disgusting. Disappointed I’ve stayed at extended stay type hotels before so I knew what to expect. However this was my worst experience. First the entire hotel smelt like cigarette smoke. Second our bed sheets had a stain on them. Third the mattress was on a Full size cot, not even an actual bed frame!

The motel had the worse customer service experience and I get that bc of covid they close early, we made it in at 1230am, and it took 30 plus minutes to even get someone to the front desk to even wait on us. The lady was very rude. i had 2 small children, crack heads coming in and out, kinda scary. they needed to go to bathroom, but they could not find a key. The beds were the worst i have ever laid on. no soap, no amenities, no coffee pot in room, no coffee downstairs, no one even at front desk till 10am, so no way to get c... read more

BAD NEWS Well first off tgey kept my license, my key didn't work to the room after i returned getting food and there was no one on site to re-key it. Left a messafe on that phone at the 500 number and no ever returned my call. It wasn't until the next day when i saw an employee and approached her with my concerns. I was still charged for a room that i couldn't get into...

HORRIBLE place, I would never stay there again. It was dirty, ac not working, couples fighting every single day, they were so loud. They allowed dogs at property, they were barking. Front staff receptionist was so rude,and unfriendly.

Worst hotel ever The hotel was stinky reeked of cigarette smoke. People running up and down the halls after midnight and also our neighbors were yelling loudly and fighting we left at 1 am after not being able to get a hold of any management and luckily found another hotel.
