Stay elsewhere Checked in after hours, nobody available at the front desk. Have to call a number and wait for the worker to come and check you in. Bed was horrible. You get what you pay for.

You pay for what you get. Cheap hotel equals that kind of stay. Broken bed, not the cleanest.

felt like a crackden, i did NOT feel safe at all. luckily my bf was with me or i probably wouldn’t of even slept. i’m not a fearful person at all but even i felt uncomfortable. room felt gross.

No lamp, no coffee maker, horrible sheets and towels (stained), noisy guests slamming doors all night long, windows tracks so dirty you cant slide them open. Marijuana smell on whole floor. Barren room. Other motels for the same price are much better. Never again.

The outside of the facility was well kept. We waited a good 10 or 15 minutes before the Desk Service Representative came to check us in. We called twice for the check-in. The inside was not cleaned. There was left-over food containers in the refrigerators. There was NO CARPET on the the bedroom floor. There were dead bed-bugs on the bathroom floor. I took pictures of the dead bed bugs. We asked for a refund immediately. The hotel representative said I had to contact Expedia for a full refund. We made reservations at another ... read more

This not the ideal property. The rooms were in bad condition. Bed sheets were stained, towels looked as if they had not been washed. No shower curtain, and the list goes on.

Arrived and the place looks great on the internet, but is dirty and unkept in reality. Used for long term weekly rentals by questionable people. We ended up cancelling and staying somewhere else. The bed sheets were dirty, the floor has dog poop and pee on it and the commode had a human feces explosion in it. The bathtub and refrigerator looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Spoke with the general manager, and she did not care at all. Front desk lady was super nice and issued our refund.

Wet Surprise on the Bed It was horrible; it took about 45 minutes for someone to let me check in, felt like I was checking into a prison, when I finally got to my room and ready to lay down to go to bed, I laid down and the bed was soaking wet and only in the middle, it was cold and had a perfume smell to it, I'm sure you can imagine what the heck I laid on, I was so grossed out it made me ill the next day, I didn't try to get a new room because it was so late and of course it took too long for someone to come check me in I ... read more

Looks better in pictures. Lubbock was mostly sold out so few choices available. This place looks better outside and in pictures than it really is. Towels were either badly stained or dirty, not sure which, but skipped risking a shower.
