When we went into the room the plugin for the room heater/air conditioner was actually burned out. Therefore no heat for an extreme cold night. The plug for the heater/air conditioner was shorted out and burned. Couldn’t reach front office to report it. When we tried to open the door from inside we were locked inside. There were no other rooms available so we had to leave and drive home. We drove home arriving at1:30 am.
Bad room Rooms were not like the picture, never been in jail but felt like it.
Very poor service There was no maid service and the refrigerator went out and spoiled all our food. No clean towels daily.
The employees were kind, but not very professional. The room was alright, but not completely clean (trash left on bathroom shelf, hairs in bed). Overall 2/5.
We had to wait 15 minutes for the front desk staff to show up to check us in after a long day of driving. The place is so impersonal and depressing. We were glad we were only staying 1 night!
Roaches in the room, no ice machine on premises, non-smoking room still reeked
The bed was hard, No amenities in room.
