First I had to wait 40 minutes to be checked in. I checked in late afternoon so you would think the room would be clean. But it wasn't. The room was dirty with bed unmade, etc.... Only other room was smoking and I'm not a smoker but I needed a room so I took it. That room had two unmade beds and was dirty too! Needless to say I was out of there! And I never felt safe the entire time I was there. Never will I return. And there was a family that checked in before me and returned back to the counter to inform them that their ro... read more

Terrible place. I walked in and my sheets were dirty with dog foot prints. It was obvious that they did not change out the sheets after the previous customer. I was ther for two nights and both nights someone broke into cars.

Only for extended stays Bad, stunk like cigarettes...no amenities. Would never stay again.

The room was dirty and a smoking room when we had reserved a non smoking ( which wasn't available)

We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and the office was closed. I had to call customer service and then the called someone to come to the office and check us in. Then our keycards didn’t work so had to call again. This whole process took over 30 minutes. We were also very tired from driving all day. The room was ok but there wasn’t a coffee pot or blow dryer. First time I’ve stay at a hotel even motel that didn’t have any. Also I thought it was weird that there is a full kitchen but no pots or pans, silverware or glasses. We w... read more

Overall the property was nice, but you can tell it has been there for several years now. Did not like having to wait in line even though I arrived promptly at 3pm for check-in. Many other guests were there at 3pm too, and so we had to wait, as there was just one employee at the front desk. Roughly 15 minutes later, I made my way to my room. Though the door was wide open. Avoid this hotel. Probably worst experience I have had with a hotel. We arrived around 11 after driving all day only to find the front desk was closed, yes closed, big gate shut down at the counter. Instructions were to call 500, I did and was put on hold for over 45 minutes, after which they said they would call someone to check me in, another 30 minutes later and I was in. The bed felt like something from the chamber of horrors, then getting up to take a shower the next morning, only to find no soap and no shampoo. Never a... read more

Roaches! Getting ready to fall asleep on the hard mattress that you can feel the springs in and my friend started screaming roaches. I got up and sure enough ROACHES! I told the front counter lady and she didnt seem shocked. Just more concered that i was going to leave bad review which i am and did. Lubbock texas location south side.

When we went into the room the plugin for the room heater/air conditioner was actually burned out. Therefore no heat for an extreme cold night. The plug for the heater/air conditioner was shorted out and burned. Couldn’t reach front office to report it. When we tried to open the door from inside we were locked inside. There were no other rooms available so we had to leave and drive home. We drove home arriving at1:30 am.
