Booked on line for 2 nights but plans changed and only stay one night. Would not my money for a night I did not ever stay. Hotels.com should consider dropping them , never again

The room was not maintained for all period I've visit the hotel Corridor smells bed due to bed vitalization while people were cooking at their rooms.

Don't stay long Smoker in hallway, so smoke smell came in room. Desk agent not very friendly

When checking in the front desk lady wouldn't speak other than in two-word commands such as "Drivers License", "Credit Card" etc. No please, no have a great stay. She was miserable being there and didn't mind showing it. The room I received was clean but had a smell like a chemical trying to cover up a smoking room. The bed was really hard and the sheets and towels have seen there better days.
