I booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled TERRIBLY of smoke - with an attempted disguise using terrible room spray. You could hear conversations through the walls as well as the sound of other guest's pets. Lastly, the pillows were terrible and the a/c did not work in the room, so when I arrived the windows were open. My room was on the 1st floor and was facing the highway - windows were not able to be closed. The only nice part about the hotel was the check-in. The employee was extremely helpful.

People above us banging the floor til 2 am called office didn't get anything done

The room smells like cigarette and animal like dogs

Had to ask for a coffee maker in room & then had to go get it! Had to get room key reloaded every day. No fun when you get back from your event at 11pm and can’t get in your room. No cold water in kitchenette. TV remote didn’t work. No daily maid service at All! Had to take dirty towels to front desk and exchange for clean ones. NOT happy with this place and won’t return!
