Bad review I had to pay to get new towels, there were roaches in the room and front desk staff was very unfriendly. I will never stay at this hotel.

Don’t use the hotel at all First off the bed only fits one person and was suppose to have a king bed only to find out that they don’t offer king beds the beds are horrible my back hurt from sleeping on a cot then there was glue coming out of the floor every time we walked on it beacuse it was still wet from the remodel they switch us room only to wake up and roaches was crawling no one at the customer service desk will gives the same info. The room was not clean as it should have been. Sheets and blanket with stains and cigarettes burns in it. Shower had hair in the shower.

Weed smells everywhere in room in hallways and elevators.. Only give 2 2 sets of towels you have to get yourself everyday overall bad

I like the area that you’re located in, but you service as far as exchanging towels or emptying the trash or just cleaning the room was very poor. I would never stay there again nor recommend anyone to stay here.

One package includes linen exchange, another provides more frequent housekeeping, cookware sets are available to purchase, etc. By allowing guests to choose and only pay for the amenities they desire, we are able to keep our rates affordable. It would be shocking if you weren't expecting this and I apologize that it made for a disappointing stay for you.
