No internet, staff gone about 10:00 pm, no one help when needed, this is my first time and also my last time.

They did not have our room!!!! Called and said they had no more rooms. Said we booked through you to contact you! Won’t do it again!!!😡😡😡😡

Awful....worst experience ever Entire experience was awful, I didn’t get the room I wanted it only had 1 bed instead of the two I booked. Then they refused to give me a refund so I had to call my bank to do a stop payment. Mind you I drove to Mobile in wake of Hurricane Barry. I would not recommend and hotels in this area. As I was having a conversation about my refund a guest from the Wyndham which is know for nice hotels complained about how trashy their hotel was. This room & hotel was ok for one night, however, they make you take out your on trash & housekeeping is not a daily option. That’s the worst part to me & why I gave it a sad face. They did have a fridge, half stove, & microwave in the room so that was a plus.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the in-room kitchen but so sorry that you were not aware of our additional service packages and options (for linen exchange, more frequent housekeeping, cookware kits, etc.). We allow guests to choose and pay for only those services they want to use. It sounds like this was an inconvenience for you instead of a money-saving customized stay. We're so sorry for disappointing you.

It used to be a Value INN Room 119 was flooded. It turns out it was flooded due to the AC. We called down to front desk to have the AC serviced. The front desk sent housekeeping to mop up the water and never sent anyone to fix the AC. So we woke up to a flooded room again. 24 hours in a flooded room

We had no A/C, they did not give us fans or offer a discount. No one was ever on site to help, we have to call and rep. who was at some office not in the area. All we heard was there is nothing they can do.....after the 2nd day they said they would send someone to fix the A/C....they never did. We had out dogs in a room on the third floor and no air in the middle of July in AL.......this was the worst place to stay ever!

Booked non-smoking room but given smoking room at 9:30 pm. Smoking alarm in 3rd floor sounds at 3:30 & 3:50 am.
