Not so great Took 20 mins to get checked in after being on hold with front desk answering service. No one ever answered. Took knocking on the door repeatedly to get checked in. Then in the morning the fire alarm went off. Seems there was an issue in the laundry room. Overall and very poor experience

The manager Audrey is very rude and said some low down stuff and did something really horrible. I won't say what she did but I will handle it. I would never recommend this motel to nobody

This is not the place that I thought it would be when I reserved the room. The furniture is plastic chairs at a card table and the mattress was worn out in the room I got. The people staying here are long term and several have ankle bracelets. There are several real nice hotels in this area so I thought I was getting a good deal, not so much. I recommend that you think twice before staying here, I should have.

Its thw worst place to stay in Mobile, no cleaning service, no nothing, its a peace of sheat hotel since the registration, also smell cooking food all day long. Descasting place

Do not go here ever Told them I was going to be late and they said it was fine. Got there 12pm and there was no one there at desk. They were very rude to me. Finally got my room. No shower curtain and hair in my sheets. Got back from class the next day and showed them the hair and asked for clean sheets so they kicked me out! Really! No apologies and charged me for that night. And I still have to get a new hotel and pay them too.
