It used to be a Value INN Room 119 was flooded. It turns out it was flooded due to the AC. We called down to front desk to have the AC serviced. The front desk sent housekeeping to mop up the water and never sent anyone to fix the AC. So we woke up to a flooded room again. 24 hours in a flooded room

We had no A/C, they did not give us fans or offer a discount. No one was ever on site to help, we have to call and rep. who was at some office not in the area. All we heard was there is nothing they can do.....after the 2nd day they said they would send someone to fix the A/C....they never did. We had out dogs in a room on the third floor and no air in the middle of July in AL.......this was the worst place to stay ever!

Booked non-smoking room but given smoking room at 9:30 pm. Smoking alarm in 3rd floor sounds at 3:30 & 3:50 am.

Smells horrible, other guest complained of bed bugs, it looks dirty and we did not stay for the night we left. The beds was small and I would never recommend this hoteL

The room had an "off" smell. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on in a hotel, they were so hard my hips still hurt days later. There were practically no amenities, hidden fees and rules. They advertised "free WiFi" but it was only free for *one* device. And when you've connected one you couldn't even opt to pay for another. No food delivery nearby either. However, the room was clean and the staff were nice.

The bed was worn out the ac didn’t work and it smelled horrible I couldn’t stay there and they wouldn’t give me a refund!
