Had a paid for reservation. Got there and my room was given away. Been several days and still haven't got my money back.

Smells horrible, other guest complained of bed bugs, it looks dirty and we did not stay for the night we left. The beds was small and I would never recommend this hoteL

The room had an "off" smell. The beds were the worst I've ever slept on in a hotel, they were so hard my hips still hurt days later. There were practically no amenities, hidden fees and rules. They advertised "free WiFi" but it was only free for *one* device. And when you've connected one you couldn't even opt to pay for another. No food delivery nearby either. However, the room was clean and the staff were nice.

The bed was worn out the ac didn’t work and it smelled horrible I couldn’t stay there and they wouldn’t give me a refund!

Ive stayed here 4 times and the first 3 times were great this time i stayed on 2nd floor and the bathroom/sink drain was abit clogged it took time for the water to go down the drain, smelt smoke in the halls/and sometimes smelt it in the bathroom. Floors were sticky/dirty.
