Not the best Requested a non smoking room because I am pregnant but was placed in a smokers room. The smell was sickening. Also no one was present during check in. Had to call a 800 number to have someone come and check me in.
Nice customers service
Front desk clerk so nice and friendly other guest very nice. Room beds need to be replaced bathroom not clean not enough towels. No coffee maker in room, parking lot dark and felt unsafe. The hallways were very clean but our floor smelled of smoke.
Thanks Randolph! Randolph Bell, my front desk attendant was very helpful. He acted like a considered. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and even printed out some pages and wrote some notes for me. Thanks again Randolph!
Pillows to flat and small,when we arrived hotel
Likes: Housekeeping was very pleasant, greetings with a smile and joy as though they were happy to assist. Front desk helpful and providing whatever we needed. Enforced CDC guidelines. Dislikes: broken bed, mildewed bath towel, broken shower diverter handle-made me Leary. However the bed was discovered by staff and changed while we were out. Sleep was ok. Wasn’t offered any type compensation for the unclean towel.
