Anthony was the Manager on Duty at check in and was extremely helpful. My family and I were evacuating due to Hurricane Ida and were expected to be a midnight arrival. Anthony called me to see if I was okay because it was so late. He wasn’t unaware of how high my stress level was at the time and his calling made me feel thought of and not forgotten about. True Southern Hospitality 10/10 🙌🙌

Need to get the late check in phone fixed. Very frustrating to have to call a 1-800 number and have it tell you it’s after hours and call back? Place could use a refresh. Big puddle of water in main hall not very inviting.
