Not good The room was dirty. There were roaches. The trash can was full of the previous guests trash. The bed was very uncomfortable. For what I paid, it was not worth it.

Hotel had horrible smell…got to hotel late after Busch gardens…receptionist was not as desk, waited patiently, til I called hotel from my cell phone…I could hear the receptionist waking up in a room behind the front desk…hotel filthy, slices of watermelon laying in the hallway, obvious mold growth on floor…hotel smelled highly of urine, never again

The front door was always blocked by people hanging out and smoking. The hotel was noisy all night long and we were woken up many times. When we got to our room, there were toys and dirty socks under the bed, so it clearly hadn't been well cleaned. There were no sheets available for the pull out couch and the mattress was stained and gross. We even had to go down to the front desk because we didn't even have a remote control for the television.

Front desk did not have the type of property I booked available. Room was roach infested. Roaches crawling on walls, under fridge, in the fridge. Roaches on the towels. And blood like liquid stains on carpet. Absolutely unacceptable. I checked out within 30 minutes of check in.

Satisfactory but not by much. Smelled of weed in the reception area. No waste basket anywhere in the room despite it being a suite with a kitchen. Advertised as providing breakfast but I wouldn’t call some stale granola bars, bad coffee and plastic wrapped muffins in small quantities adequate enough to claim that breakfast is offered. Overall rundown feel to the place.

Do not recommend. I would not recommend this hotel. My reservation was messed up, said I didn’t have a room when in fact I did. Sheets had dried blood on them crumbs in the chairs and the floors were so sticky from the cleaner they used. I couldn’t take my shoes off. I was very disappointed in this stay!!!! The desk attendant Mackenzie was extremely wonderful and very apologetic.

Do Not Stay Here I rented two rooms for 3 nights each. Both rooms were to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. One room did not have a sofa bed. There was no where to sit. There were many roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Informed the front desk and their response was we can't do anything about it, we have a guest that has been here for 3 years and they are coming from that room. We checked out after the first night. Will never stay here again.
