Absolutely terrible! The room we prepaid for was not available when we checked in. We needed 2 beds and the only room they had left had 1 bed. The hotel smelled like pot. The property was filthy, trash everywhere. No one was at the front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes until someone came. Do not stay there!! We left and requested a refund.

Worst place ever I didn’t stay, I was in the lobby for 30 minutes and no counter help was there to check me in. I will definitely be getting a refund.

Front desk staff was rude and uncaring when Expedia overbooked reservations. Spent over 1 1/2 hours trying to get help from Expedia.

Would recommend I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very close to a lot of different stores, across the street from a Mall. Multiple food places to eat. My room was clean for the most part. You can get free dishes/pots to cook with in the kitchen that is in your room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue had with my room was a extra broken couch sitting in the room like storage. Also I didn’t like the tub in the bathroom. I add bathroom pictures and a picture of the broken extra couch left in the room.

Arrived to the property after a long day at the park to find out they had not held a room for us. Did not feel safe upon arriving. There were people loitering ouside, smoking and drinking. Clearly long term clients. Lobby smelled horribly of smoke. Never even saw a room. I could not get out of there fast enough after they had no room available for us. Would not recommend

Upon arriving was told no availability after booking reservation online with confirmation number. We drove 10 hours for a weeks stay withbmy 4 kids and my wife and were in need of a hotel. We drove 2 hours around until we found one. The worst experience ever.

Everything about my stay was good except the elevator was not working, it was very inconvenient. I had a lot of things with me and I had to carry it up and down the steps
The staff didn't let us know the elevator was down until after we checked in had to go up and down stairs from the thrid floor Toilet overflowed and no one serviced it had to do the clean up myself Would not recommend 😡
