The room could have been cleaner, there were bugs everywhere. There was no one at the desk and we waited 45 mins to check in until a sweet lady came and helped us.

I like this property is by the mall and a lot of stores. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. The room size is very spacious and the ability to cook is good.

There was roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, mold in the shower curtain tube, no trash can in the bathroom, sinks were leaking, smoke smell everywhere even though it was a non smoke room. Never again

It was dirty and there where roaches. Beds where not comfortable. And the air conditioner leaked.

Dont even try it This was the most run down place I have ever stayed at. Cockroaches roam the rooms, spiders on the bed, carpets reeking with dirt, stink and stench all around, sheets with hair of the prior guest, Marijuana smell all over, impossible place for families to stay and worse than prison for individuals to stay. This is a public health hazard and the health and safety department should inspect this place. I will never stay in any ESAs anymore. Great front desk staff though.
