Big room. The cleaning could be better. Needs a pool too.

The staff were nice but the cleaniness of the uniforms should have been a lot better. I had to ask for the cookware in which all the pieces were not available. There were no utensils available at all. The toilet had instructions but were worn off so i could not see them. The toilet was clogged for the first night . And the elevator was also out of order and i had a partial disable guest with me

The room was decent but the elevator broke one day in and still wasnt fixed when we left. Only one cleaning per week which was odd. Pretty much self service. You want towels come get them. You need toilet paper come get it. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was a joke. Workers not friendly. Rooms were big though. No ice.

Just ok... The facility was basically clean, there was plumbing/electrical construction going on, but no problem there. The property is definitely in need of a refresh - VERY dated. The water pressure was mediocre, there was old gum or tar stuck in the carpet, one light didn’t work, one had a bulb not attached properly, the television was analog - no HD, no channel guide, no cable stations, nothing to explain the channel listings, and the phone would not work (the desk made a note of that immediately). Fabulous customer service at the front desk. Was able to check in early and upgrade my room.
