They tried to charge me again took a while to get straightened out. Also, Saw a baby roach in bathroom.

The desk clerk was very efficient and friendly. Facilities what I have one to expect. But I specifically requested no stairs. I was placed on the 3rd floor and when the elevator was out of service was not able to get assistance to bring my bag downstairs to leave. 2 flights of stairs with bags was extremely difficult and painful.

Roach infestation My room had a terrible roach infestation. They need to get the exterminator to really bomb the rooms. They need to make sure the bomb the beds too since the roaches will crawl in the bed. Just nasty!!

The hotel have a strong cigarette smell at soon you walk in the lobby

Excited to be at the property however we received a letter of a roach issue and a fight broke out with lingering shouting and noise having the police to return. Cut the trip short but will say the staff assisted in giving a refund and free one day stay for a later date.
