The couch had a fold out bed. That was neat! It was a spacious room. Very little offered for breakfast. The ceiling in the hallway by the lobby was gutted all the way down the hall. Sand was in the bathroom when we got there. Unsure if I saw mold above the shower or not.

Perhaps contractors were doing construction work on the ceiling. However, it's hazardous.
