I like about the hotel is that it is in range of tourists sites.I did not like the bed which was to stiff and we only had 3 pillows for four guests.The hall way was dirty and in need of cleanliness.

Short term visits only The short staff made the check in process but the manager did everything she could to accommodate my family since they had minimum personnel for house cleaning service and broken sofa beds so thank you to her for trying to fix problems she did not create

Worst Service Ever Worst customer care ever! My family came there to stay 2 nights while visiting Busch Gardens. At around 10:30pm while we were sleeping our door was trying to be opened but was caught on the latch inside. I confronted the people trying to gain access to the room, which was terrifying for my family which includes 3 children, and they informed me that they had been assigned that room by the front desk. Smelled. Rust. Stains. Extremely friendly staff but it was run down. Room smelled. No shower curtain. Stove rusted and had to check out kitchenware. Some furniture had been upgraded. Never turned on tv. Maybe i had to check out remote. Stains in bathroom and carpet. Could not tell where smell came from either carpet air conditioner smoking in a non smoking room or all 3
