We booked because of price, availability and location. Room was outdated and smelled musty. Tub was moldy and creaky. Handle on toilet was loose. We fixed it ourselves. Shower head also loose. We fixed it as well. Shower curtain was smelly. Bedspread had stains on it. Hallways smelled. Not sure if it was because of kitchens being used but every time we entered the property we were greeted with unpleasant odors. Having to take our dirty towels to lobby to get clean towels was inconvenient.

Needs to do better The stay was okay. I can’t believe I had to go downstairs for all the dishes such as plates, pots and pans, and silverware including dish rack. Besides that everything else was okay. Also the pictures were not what they looked like online .

The elevator was broken and wouldn’t be fixed before our trip was over. We found cockroaches in our room. Staff was very willing to move us to another room when we told them. Lights in our room didn’t work.

The property is conveniently located around all I required (mall, restaurants, gym) The staff was outstanding... friendly... and helpful. The property could have been cleaner (stairwell floors) … the continental breakfast satisfied my needs (the coffee was excellent) … The elevator was out of order the entire weekend which didn't negatively effect me because I prefer using the stairs but would have been a nightmare if I wasn't physically able to carry my 50lb bag up 3 flights. I booked this property after my usual go-to hotel next door was booked. The check in process took nearly 20 minutes. Not sure why since the room was pre-paid. There was a sign on the front door that the elevator was broken. However this turns out to be fine because the staff accommodated us on the second floor. The first room was dingy looking, had some type of sticky substance on the floors, and the lights blew out.
