When entering the lobby it was dirty. The ladies waiting on me were very nice and accommodating but they had on dirty white uniforms and wrinkled sweater with stains. The room was furnished with damaged furniture and the couch looked soiled along with the chair for the desk. I actually went and bought two blankets in order to sleep on the bed. The bathroom was clean. Again the girls were very nice. I am just wondering if the hotel cleans their uniforms and didn't want to dispose of them.

My front desk representative Shay Shay the front desk representative made my family stay wonderful. I had issues with my reservations and Shay was patient, listened and worked on solving my issue. Shay solved my issue and was so kind happy to assist. I am giving Shay an excellent rating for being an excellent representative. Shay is awesome!!!

The room was great, the service was great. Everything worked out to be a good stay. Didn’t stay long to see how the breakfast was. But my main priority was the stay and the room cleanliness.

The common areas in particular were disgustingly dirty-lobby, halls, stair wells. The toilet wouldn't refill on its own, we had to keep the tank lid off and manually lift the thing for it to refill. There was a... body fluid strain on one of the chairs. There weren't enough pillows or blankets in the room, and when we went to the lobby to get them, there was a line of people waiting (one woman was calling around looking for another hotel) and no receptionist. First I didn’t get the room I booked. Party of 5 had to sleep on pull out sofa that needs to be replaced and a queen size bed. We were all so tired that we took it . The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and nice. One time stay would not go back.

Sold my room to someone else & charged me for it Sadly, our room reservation that we booked weeks before our trip was sold before we got there. We knew we would be running late so I called hours before we arrived to let the staff know that we still wanted the room and would be arriving late. The staff member said okay and to use the call box since the doors would be locked.
