Fabulous customer service at the front desk. Was able to check in early and upgrade my room.

It was a decent stay it was just no very clean. Looked like already used sheets and blankets, the pullout sofa had cereal on it and yellow sheets bathtub had mold around it. I did like the setup of the room though

When I checked in I wasn’t told that I needed to request a coffee maker. Also, my booking was for 3 people. They gave me a room with one queen and a sleeper sofa. There were no linens for the sofa bed so I had to go down to the desk and get them myself. They had no extra pillows - it’s a good thing we had some in the car for traveling. The swimming pool is filled with concrete, the noise level is intolerable and the bed is so hard and uncomfortable. If I could get my money back I would

My room was dirty, dead roaches, food in the sink, was terrible... The night manager did her best to rectify problems, and gave us another room, but I will never stay there again.

The couch had a fold out bed. That was neat! It was a spacious room. Very little offered for breakfast. The ceiling in the hallway by the lobby was gutted all the way down the hall. Sand was in the bathroom when we got there. Unsure if I saw mold above the shower or not.

A very disappointing stay I felt lucky when I found this room on hotels.com. But ended up it was too good to be true. My booked a deluxe room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, with 32 flat screen TV having premium channels. The checkin time on confirmation was 3pm-midnight. We got there at 10:30pm. The staff told us that they didn’t have the deluxe room that I booked. Instead they gave us two rooms to accommodate our stay.
