This property is nothing like the photos posted on Expedia. Two words, roaches & bed-bugs. Enough said.

Dont even try it This was the most run down place I have ever stayed at. Cockroaches roam the rooms, spiders on the bed, carpets reeking with dirt, stink and stench all around, sheets with hair of the prior guest, Marijuana smell all over, impossible place for families to stay and worse than prison for individuals to stay. This is a public health hazard and the health and safety department should inspect this place. I will never stay in any ESAs anymore. Great front desk staff though.

Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at The photos online are of a completely different hotel. The lobby smelled like weed and cigarettes. It was dirty. The room was old, run down, smelled like urine, the open up sofa bed is twin, not double and no way two could sleep on it. Breakfast was just muffins. Nothing else. They said they were out of everything even though I went at 7 am! The room across from us had a family living in there with two dogs & very loud. No blankets! Just sheets! Both rooms had roaches, one room had no microwave and fridge was warm, bo wash clothes in rooms, sofa bed had crumbs, staff was very friendly but hotel was not uo to par.

I wish I would have read reviews before booking. We just needed a clean place to stay while we visited Busch Gardens and I always book a place with breakfast because it easier than trying to get the kids out to a restaurant in the morning. There was dirt on our sheets in the made beds, the furniture was not clean, the floors were just swept in the main walkways but not around the walls or under/near furniture, and the 2nd night we found a german roach crawling up the wall.
