Needs a Refresh The rooms need to be cleaned a lot better than they are. Grease/stains on the range hood, stains on the carpet, etc. Additionally, it's probably time to renovate some rooms. It was obvious that many defects were just painted over.

This used to be my go-to lodging for extended stays in Newport News. Not any more. The room was not particularly clean and had a stale odor. The AC made a whining noise when it shut off and the refrigerator also made excessive noise. Overall, it seemed run down and in need of an upgrade.

Plumbing issues. The staff wasn't much help. Place was pretty run down.

Remodel needed Hair in the bathtub, roof downstairs was cut open, old furniture, old carpet, no dishes. It was the least comfortable I have been in a hotel in a very long time. Def not worth $220+ per night.

Older structure. Unit needed some TLC. Kitchenette-microwave and stove inop. Frig-okay.

Average The room served its purpose. The pillows weren't conformable and smelled stale but room was clean. I had to sign a waiver in acknowledgement of no smoking then recpetionist goes outside to smoke. Lol.

Amazing! We had just had to leave our AirBNB room due to it being TERRIBLE,NASTY,UNSAFE, AND FILTHY! They had a room ready for us! Love that!

It did the job The beds weren't that comfortable, the breakfast was muffins and granola bars, but it was pretty clean, i did find a used wash cloth in the bathroom
