NASTY ROOM - RUN QUICK AND TAKE PICS!!! We got a refund because the room was so bad and then the hotel management went back and recharged our card stating that they couldn't rent the room because it was so bad. My husband I were in the room less than 10 minutes. The walls were yellow from cigarette smoke, the blanket had burn holes in it, there were bugs in the room. Room was not cleaned and substitutes not cleaned - finally clean rooms were found. No soap in bathroom. Lots of smoking outside of rooms (so can smell in the rooms). Non-smoking rooms had smoke smells. Loud air conditioning start up (so you wake up every hour or two). Air conditioning did work well on very hot days.

Dirty room, kitchenette sink was stopped up completely...bags NOT in the trash cans but heaped on the sink.

Staff wasn't very professional, cooking utensils were left on the ground outside our room when we arrived, everything in the room was outdated. Refrigerator, microwave, and furniture.

Not my cup of tea Checked in there was a trash can outside my door full off cigarette butt and dip cans my room was across from the trash area there was trash everywhere when I went inside it smelled like mildew I had to buy a plug in and air freshener the top of the refigerator was dirty a condom box was under my chair there were people outside my room talking and smokung all night needless to say I didn't stay my 2 days I sat up till the next day and checked out they could keep the money I'd never recommend to anyone

Gross Beds were as hard as a rock. The carpet has stains all over it. The sheets were questionable and staff was rude.

Don't do it one room was okay but the double room wasn't clean. There was a loaf of bread in the back of the dresser. The bathroom had candy left on the floor and a few other things wasn't clean.

We booked cause a.c. went out in home...over an hour late 4 check in...my mom's room had no a.c. so we had to move her...didn't get settled till after 9 pm!!! Lobby staff was great thru my frustration tho.

We cancelled once we arrived. Three families booked an overnight stay. Two things we looked for were a swimming pool for the children and a continental breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel had non three families booked an overnight stay. Two things we looked for were a swimming pool for the children and a continental breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel had neither of those. The representative from Travelocity said there were both. The pictures on the Internet showed a nice pool. We canceled before we checked in.
