Room was dirty to the point it smelled and needed multiple repairs. Very evident scheduled maintenance and cleaning not being done. People & staff smoking by entry ways. Elevator always smells like cigarette smoke.

the room had Roche's in the rm., they did not clean the bath rm. and the bed was the worst I had sleeper in.

The facility was nice. Clerk was nice. Only issue was so noisy at night from either people up above or to the side of us could not sleep at all. There was banging and jumping around all night.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. No one in the lobby when I arrived for a late checkin. I knew that they closed the front desk at 10:00. But they said to pickup the phone in the lobby and call for checkin and someone will come right over. Well I got there at 1:00 am and when I picked up the phone it kept dis connecting. I did not get a hold of someone until 3:00 am. The carpet in the room was sticking. Hasn't be clean in a while. Bed was hard. no comp breakfast, really no lobby.

Check out terrible no one on duty to take our keys called on the customer help line phone and operator confused told us to wait till someone showed up to take key.

What you see and what you get DIFFER! Terrible! Not what you may think it is - there is a kitchenette as pictured with absolutely no pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, no coffee maker (empty cupboards - need I say any more!). When hotel management was contacted by company I booked through they said that what you see in the picture is all you get.
