walmart visit when I arrived to check in the front desk window was closed. So, I attempted to do the after hours check and ended up waiting for at least 30 minutes for the attendant to return. I made several phone calls in order to expedite this process due to my son being being ill with a fever and needing medication. All we wanted was to check in.. THE STAFF WAS BEYOND RUDE. Lady with the mom tattoo on her forearm was the worst. Such a nasty attitude. Screaming at a guest over a towel. There was an awful smell through out the entire hotel. And it turned out to be a dead body. They waited DAYS before investigating and finding Her.
As soon as I walked in my room there was cockroaches breeding on the nightstand

Nice/not nice/only $50. You get what you pay for The outside appearance of the hotel fine. It’s a little underwhelming when you walk inside. I think this place is more of an extended stay type of hotel because there was a refrigerator (was clean) and two burner stove top (clean) and a microwave (clean). The bed was small and bouncy but clean sheets and pillow cases. The bathroom was clean and spacious but the room had roaches. Major turn off!

We chose this hotel because we were here to help my niece with her wedding in Solver Springs and wanted to be close to the venue. Upon walking into our non-smoking room on the 3rd floor...it smelled like Mexican food and stinky feet. We bought Febreeze and candles which helped while we were there, but when going out and coming back into the room, the smell was still there as strong as when we first walked in. This place was terrible there was no one to check us in we had to wait about an hour for someone to come down check us on it was late then the guy that checked us in kept talking about how he smoked his first joint at some beach well when we finally got checked in and we went to our room it was disturbing are bed look more like a futon the bed looked as iff someone laying on it the room smelled like rotten food the bathroom was so nasty we couldnt stay there we just left we couldnt even check out because the guy wouldnt come... read more

The front desk staff was cursing and was trying to fight a customer. I was waiting in the lobby for almost an hour before she came to the desk. My room was dirty and had roaches I couldn’t even shower and was scared to use the bathroom because of how nasty it was . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this Unprofessional dirty place . The only good thing is I got a 15% Discount and that was only because I witness he Disruptive behavior.
