We were given a room and as we opened the door it was stinky Tv was on bed undone bathroom disgusting. I called reception and they came to give us another room supposedly clean. Stove and refrigerator were clean toilet was disgusting, floor was dirty I was able to see that there was urine on the floor like it was never mopped. I ended up going to Wal-Mart and got some bleach and clorox wiped and ended up cleaning the entire room it was disgusting specially the toilet I was able to see around it looked black very nasty. Warning, do not stay here. Very dirty from the parking lot, the lobby, the elevator and the room. We arrived very late and we were exhausted and all we wanted to do was sleep. When we entered our room we had to kill a bug which we think was possibly a cockroach. We inspected the rest of the room and we didn’t see any more. When we inspected the bedding it looked like it had not been washed very good. There was a hair on one of the pillows. On the outside the hotel looks nice but once you walk through the doors it's downhill from there. We left 10 minutes after check in. There were used dirty qtips in the bathroom. The towels had hair on them and the bedspread looked questionable. The elevator looked and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Spend a little more and stay across the street.

The facility was advertised as newly renovated but that could not possibly be correct. The AC/Heater was hanging off the wall and had 1 screw holding the top in, it smelled like fire when used. The bathroom door hardly closed and was super loose like it had been busted open before. TV didn't work. Everything that was attached to the wall seemed very loosely put there. Never again, not even with a gun to my head. This place looks good on the outside driving up but once you get inside, your entire mood changes. It is literally a hotel disguised as a halfway house. It is an extended stay and almost everyone there lives in this hotel. People are always drunk and smoking near the door and guest windows. The noise of this place never ends so don't book here if you want to sleep and definitely DO NOT bring your kids here.
