AC didn’t work in room 123. Leftovers in the fridge from person prior to me. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Everything was filthy: the room, the hallways had dog poop and pee, the elevator had dog poop in it, the entire facility was very unkept and unclean.

It was a place with people hanging out in the lobby and corridors, found syringe on floor by lobby, pile of vomit outside elevator. Loud noises in upstairs and reception desk blinds closed

Has a small kitchenette but have to pay additional to get cooking utensils. Have stayed at other wood spring suites that it came included without additional fees. No happy at all

This was an older hotel. I was surprise they had cots for their beds. Very deceiving information on the website. I wouldn't stay there again.

No staff no clean rooms This is the worst stay ever and i was not able to cancel this booking. Bugs in the room and when I was about to shower the water came out BROWN Both from the zinc and the bathtub. Roaches and contaminated water!? I would love my money back, I had to to check out early this place is filthy. The first room I was given smelled like smoke and At that point I wanted to cancel this reservation however no cancellations allowed, lucky me I got moved to a room that smelled like dust and came with roaches.
