DON'T STAY HERE FYI, I have never left a review on a motel before. We travel a ton on the road and are very familiar with budget hotels and realize you get what you pay for (or don't pay for). This one? The whole place stunk. The elevator and surrounding property were filthy. Lots of people out smoking all kinds of stuff in the parking lots, leaving old cigarettes and trash around. Place smelled of pot....was full of people who seemed very shady and dirty. Saw a few drug deals in the 15 minutes I wasn't in my room. Very sketchy area. Extended stay hotel, which was not clear when we booked. No amenities, had to pay for extra towels. We were probably 1 of 10 guests who didn't live there. Front desk closed by 9pm and literally locked down with rolling metal door over window.

Tolerable but barely I booked for 3 people, there were only 2 towels. There is no ice machine at all in the hotel so you'd better get there early enough to make your own. If you have a trailer or anything bigger than an average car they will make you park across the street. I had to call a photo number just to get someone to the desk to get us checked in. Beds were okay but at least the room was clean.

1 Star We arrived late in the evening and no one was at the front desk. We had to call to get service and woke up someone to come help us. The elevator looked less than stellar, the room looked dingy and although we requested a non-smoking room, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. We could hear a baby crying across the hall all night and a person snoring. We would not stay here again.

Dont waste your money going here We had a room on the first floor. People were outside smoking and we could smell it. The people above us were moving furniture around until super late. Appiances were very outdated, floor sticky and walls could use a good wipe down.

Room was big and spacious however we requested a two queen room and got a one double bed with a twin pull out. According to staff there were no other double rooms available. So we made do. The pull out bed was full of crums and we had to request full bedding for it. Website lists pool access as an amenity however there was no pool.

The staff was rude. The room was dirty. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. When I wasn't allowed to check in early I asked to use a restroom which I was told was not available. I asked where the nearest gas station was and the lady sent me to one that was shut down. There is a restaurant close by but is only open in the evening. There were sketchy looking people loitering in the front by the entrance. I was afraid to go outside after dark.

Horrible customer service I made an online reservation the morning of 7/4/21 with the intention of checking in immediately. I was told I couldn't check in until 3pm. I attempted to change the reservation to reflect 7/3/21. I was not able to do so online. I called the hotel nad reached after hours who sent me to Choice.com. i was never able to reach anyone. Therefore I was not able to.check in and of course it was non-refundable. Horrible customer service. I will not be using this site again.
