Terrible with a capital T I made a reservation and was charged on my card then when I went to the hotel the front desk said had no reservation! I showed them the confirmation # but they said they couldn’t let me check in so I ended up having to pay them again directly and still haven’t received a refund because Hotels.com says there having technical issues! What a joke!

I heard ridiculous noises all night long I had to pay in person because they couldn't Find my reservation and I don't know what to do with the fact that I was charged for the night and I think I should get a new night at the motel for tomorrow night to compensate for my pervious payment and lack of use

No room for Blacks Aweful. I’m an Black male and they told me they were completely sold out. Had to use Hotels.com to get a room
