I’m very upset with wood springs I booked a room through Expedia and the front seat told me they were booked so I needed to take it up with Expedia so I did and she called and they told her they could not refund my money till the next day and it’s been several days later and still nothing These are extremely hard times for me because of covid19 I barley had enough money that day to get a scary cheap motel

Every part of customer service was a night mare.. & they are not kid friendly @ all. I do not recommend this place thts the NW facility. The othet wood springs on 40 was fantastic

There was one pillow on the bed and no big towels only small towels .

The front desk person was not very helpful

I rented 2 rooms and one of them had roaches and the air conditioner was broke so it was very hot and the lady at the front desk was very very rude

The room had roach's. The bathroom was not clean we left the hotel after 10 minutes. They wouldn't even give us our money back and we booked it for a week.
