Front desk is poor sevice Unsafe at night overall I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Although it says nonsmoking room it seemed someone was hidden in the room smoking like a chimney! Price is really good but unfortunately I couldn't sleep at all the whole night. 😕

I could here the person in the room next to me snore all night, there was some sort of thumping noise coming out of my bathroom vent continuously (even when it wasn’t on), there was a light over my bed that turned on randomly at 5am, one of my pillows/pillowcases smelt like it hadn’t ever been washed It was the worst woodspring suites I’ve ever stayed at

WONT USE AGAIN Booked hotel at 5:30 pm, was unable to check in til 10:40 pm. I sat in my car and waiting on hold multiple times making calls, going in and out of hotel to fix things. Finally after 5 hours I was able to check in. No discount, no upgrade, just time taken away from my hotel I paid for

Although the property seemed updated, their were big in the bathroom And lots of unfamiliar smells! And I did not sleep a wink because of all the loud noises by people that live in this hotel
