For starters my family and I arrived @approximately 2pm to check in to the "COCKROACH MOTEL" . We were greeted by an unsightly garbage can than was visibly overflowing. Nonetheles proceeded with our check in. Exhausted after a day of travel ,following dinner and a shower, we fell asleep. The property was average and I didn’t like the fact that you have to use your key to enter the front door of the hotel and use the key again to access to door to the hallway. It gives the impression that the area is not secured and safe. The towels need to be changed. They are overused. I called the front desk for towels. I was told to bring the used towels to the front myself using a basket they provided in the room then I will be giving new towels. I have never heard of this before and I travel a lot. We had to check out early due to my business. Hotel instead of crediting me one nights stay they mistakenly charged me a third nights stay it took a week to get a credit.

Dogs barking all night long, no service at all. Very shady people staying there on a weekly rate. Elevator smelled like vomit.

I set of towels for 2 adults. 2 pillows on a queen bed. No ice machine and a charge for an in room coffee maker!!!!!

We had gotten in very late as we had airline delays. By the time we got there it was about 2am. Not a fan of having to call some 800# to get someone to let us in the building since they don’t have 24/7 service. We stayed in room #309. As soon as you opened the door the entire room smelt like cat pee. We didn’t change rooms as it was so late and had our son with us. Needless to say I was not impressed.

I stayed there for a week, no service at all this is not a hotel. You have to clean your own room and take your own trash. That would be the last choice when there's no room in town, if you don't wanna sleep in your car.

Nobody came during our stay to clean the room. Not that it needed to be cleaned but by the time we left trashed was piled up in grocery bags.

Thank you for the feedback. We deep clean our rooms, including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains, between every guest and every two weeks for long-stay guests. Guests are notified, at check-in, of the day/approximate time of their scheduled cleanings. For more frequent cleaning, contact the front desk staff. They can help schedule those services and discuss pricing. I’m sorry you weren’t expecting this and were disappointed because of it.
No pude quedarme en el hotel estaba cerrado a la 1:20 am que llegamos. Llamamos a un número que decía y nunca contestaron. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a esa hora de la madrugada.
