Bloody sheets and towels. Unclean, unsanitary room, that wasn't cleaned and no manager after reservations was paid in advance

attempted to check in at approximately 8 pm and was told sorry we canceled you as we were overbooked. Clerk showed zero empathy, basically oops no room available. Since i was unable to check in I cant comment on the room, or lack thereof but i can say the vestibule leading to the front desk had a very strong smell of Marijuana

Stove didn't work Sink didn't properly drain Lights in bathroom stopped working Overall hotel was not clean And didn't stay longer due to stove not working and not equipped with pots pans utensils that typically rooms that have stoves and fridges would have Very disappointed with the hotel and condition of the hotel Elevator was out of service everyday had to use stairwell which was very dirty Staff was very nice and attentive

Property had roaches in the hallways and the towels were dirty

The pot/smoke smell was overwhelming throughout the entire property. My kids and I couldn't sleep and had headaches. No shampoo/conditioner, towels limited. No one was ever around to help or answer questions. It was very difficulty getting anywhere with information or even to try and leave the property due to poor conditions

I found a bed bug on me my 5th day staying

The management clearly was messy. They gave us a room, where somebody was literally living there, keeping their bicycles and stuff, we walked it and they were brushing teeth. We come back to get another room and they gave us a busy room again, it was already open and somebody's stuff was there. Only the third time they managed to find a free room finally (mind me, we booked and paid a few weeks before).
